Clearances are also split into sections, so different parts can be captured across different devices and brought back together into one clearance once everything has synced. That means if someone completed the pre-check, integrity testing, and uploaded photos, another assessor would not need to start from scratch or create a duplicate clearance simply because the first person became unavailable.
The main caveat is where a job has been started on a device that is offline, changes won't be visible to others until that device comes back online and syncs.
